Klaus-Dieter Lange is the founding chair of the SPECpower Committee. He has driven the acceptance of the SERT® suite into many government regulations, for example, the U.S. EPA Energy Star for Enterprise Server regulations, the Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/424 (aka Lot9), Japan METI Top Runner for Servers, and the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC39 21836:2020 International Standard.
Aaron Cragin has served SPECpower since 2008 and was elected Vice Chair in 2024.
Pat joined SPEC in 2022. He currently serves as Ampere Computing’s technical representative and voting member on the SPECpower committee, as well as Ampere’s primary representative for ISG.
Hansfried was an inaugural member of the SPECpower committee in 2006, helping to create the first industry standard efficiency benchmark, and served as release manager of the SPECpower committee for more than 10 years.
Greg is a SPEC PTDaemon® interface developer and release manager.
Mike has served SPECpower since 2017 and was elected webmaster in 2018.
Maximilian has served as the SPEC RG Power Working Group Chair since 2021.
Sanjay Sharma has been a member of the SPECpower committee since 2007 and served as the vice-chair of the committee for several years. Sanjay was part of the development team for SPECpower_ssj 2008 benchmark and led a team of engineers during the development phase of the SPEC SERT Suite workloads and the Graphical User Interface (GUI). At present, Sanjay is primary representative from NVIDIA and is part of a technical team developing new benchmarks and updating the Chauffeur framework to support new technologies being incorporated in the upcoming versions of SPEC SERT and SPECpower.
Carl contributes to SPECpower benchmark development, specifically in the area of GPUs.
Diego has been involved with SPEC since 2001. He currently serves as Dell’s primary technical representative and voting member on the OSG SPECpower and ISG Server Efficiency committees
Johann has served OSG’s SPECpower Committee as AMD’s technical representative since 2017.
